Introducing Five New Shades in the Ultra Performance Series
The Solar Gard® Ultra Performance series of automotive window films is expanding to include five additional shades or visible light transmissions (VLT).
Like Ultra Performance 75, these new films in the Ultra Performance range offer high heat rejection without interfering with electronic signals. The new Ultra Performance films offer outstanding optical clarity, industry leading color stability, durable, scratch-resistant hard coat, and limited lifetime warranty (in North America).
Using nanotechnology in the Ultra Performance series provides several key benefits over traditional dyed and metallized solar control films:
- · Blocks a significant amount of solar heat in the infrared wavelengths for a given visible light transmission value
- · Does not affect the typical wireless devices that consumers use inside their vehicles
- · Provides more choices for specific visible light transmission levels (tint shades)
- · Maintains its color and appearance for the life of the product
- · Minimizes any risk of corrosion or oxidation of the film
